Ricotta Cream with Garlic Olive Oil and Olives
Ingredients
1 jar of ricotta cream
8 pitted green olives
4 garlic cloves
8 pitted black olives
50 g pistachios or sliced almonds
1 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by slicing the garlic and finely chopping the olives.
In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic. Before it turns golden, add the olives. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a shallow bowl, spread the ricotta cream. Pour the olive oil mixture on top, followed by the toasted pistachios or almonds.
Serve with bread.
