Ricotta Cream with Garlic Olive Oil and Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of ricotta cream

  • 8 pitted green olives

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 8 pitted black olives

  • 50 g pistachios or sliced almonds

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the garlic and finely chopping the olives.

  2. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic. Before it turns golden, add the olives. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. In a shallow bowl, spread the ricotta cream. Pour the olive oil mixture on top, followed by the toasted pistachios or almonds.

  4. Serve with bread.
