Fish Roe Cooked with Olive Oil and Coriander
Ingredients
2 Fish roe
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Fresh coriander
Instructions
Place the roe in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a simmer, season with salt, and cook for 10 minutes.
Let the roe cool, and carefully remove the membrane that covers them.
Slice the roe, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately and enjoy!
