Terra das Lanchas Oil Blend is a cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil crafted with dedication and care. Made exclusively from a selection of traditional Portuguese olive varieties—Verdial, Galega, Cornicabra, and Carrasquenha—this blend embodies the rich agricultural heritage of the Beira Alta region. Harvesting takes place between late November and early December, according to the ripeness of the olives, the variety and the high quality aroma we want to achieve.

Our olives are hand-harvested during the day, following traditional methods that respect both the environment and the local heritage. The milling process occurs in the evening, just hours after harvesting, to preserve the fresh properties and natural essence of the olives. The crushing is performed cold, using only mechanical processes, to maintain the authenticity and quality of the oil.

The resulting olive oil is distinguished by its greenish-golden color and a medium-intense, balanced, and persistent fruity flavor. To preserve its exceptional quality, our oil is stored in opaque cans that protect it from sunlight and oxidation, ensuring it reaches your table as fresh as the day it was made.
